Knowledge Manager – Full-Time Eisenstadt or Vienna


  • Introducing an exchange of knowledge within the company by establishing knowledge networks
  • Analyzing the internal communication processes and the development of a communication concept
  • Identifying critical information needs for all the stakeholder (internally and externally)
  • Planning and creation of user manuals, training documents (employees and customers), video tutorials as well as the provision and processing of e.g. online information
  • Coordination of internal and external platform training to ensure the knowledge and education of employees and customers
  • Analyzing, implementation and if necessary reengineering of knowledge processes & transfer
  • Project support to ensure the learnings will be documented and distributed within the internal teams
  • Evaluation, selection and implementation of  methods and tools (content management, document management and groupware) and the integration into existing IT structures


  • Experience in building knowledge structures in companies with globally distributed teams
  • Several years of experience in managing knowledge transfer or in a similar position
  • Basic technical understanding of software architecture and development processes
  • Very good writing and texting skills
  • Ability to train employees and customers
  • Drive and assertiveness to pursue the organizational and communicational changes (change management)
  • Good presentation skills and capability to communicate benefits delivered by technology systems
  • Fluent in spoken/written English and German, any other language is an advantage
  • Drive to proactively communicate to customers and colleagues
  • Any experience with other relevant platforms such as Confluence is a benefit
